Jordan Loveridge - Physiotherapist
Specialising in aged care, home visits & disability services.
Originating from Bowral, Jordan recently joined Physical Therapy with dual postgraduate qualifications. Having graduated from UOW with a Bachelor of Exercise Science followed by a Masters of Exercise Physiology, he then attended the University of Sydney where he completed a Masters of Physiotherapy, graduating in 2015.
Jordan is passionate about, and particularly interested in, rehabilitation and disability services, having gained experience previously working for the Disability Trust. Jordan has found this area of physiotherapy to be the most rewarding for his patients, encouraging their independence and providing them access to services which normally may not be available.
Jordan travelled to Nepal in 2013 and worked in a rehabilitation hospital, treating patients with neurological and physical disabilities.
Rehabilitation therapy included hydrotherapy as well as gym-based programmes for stroke, Parkinson’s disease, falls prevention and general well being. Jordan also has experience with behavioural issues amongst adults and children, focusing largely on autism.
His interests include hockey, having represented NSW and travelled to South Africa. Jordan enjoys the outdoors, exploring new places and travelling.
Jordan is a Member of the Australian Physiotherapists Association (APA) and Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
